FAQs
What are the licensing terms for stock images?
Stock image licensing terms are typically for 2 years with the option to re-license at a reduced rate each following year.
What type of wood are your wood prints made on?
Wood prints are typically printed on Maple planks. Occasionally I print some on bamboo but those will be specifically labeled as such.
Do you only print on wood?
No, but it is the most common piece that I have. I also have made many pieces on metal and canvas as well as framed art. Some pieces lend themselves better to one medium rather than another. For instance the large Ponderosa Pines, goes best on wood as everywhere that is white disappears into the wood grain and really lets the tree stand out. If it is printed on paper, the white shows up and reveals the overcast and clouds from the day it was shot.
Do you accept returns or exchanges on artwork?
If the artwork is damaged in shipping, I will gladly accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
If the artwork has been purchased locally, I am happy to return or exchange within 7 days of purchase if it is still in it’s original condition.
May I try out a piece in my home before committing?
For locals this option is often available but is decided on a one by one basis. Not all pieces are in stock and therefore its not an option prior to purchase. In some cases, similar pieces in size or color have been substituted to get a feel for a piece in a certain location.
Do you create custom artwork?
Yes, I love the opportunity to capture a specific location or place for custom art pieces. In addition, most of the landscapes and images on my website are available to be printed as artwork even if you don’t see them in the Art Gallery Shop. Please ask if there is something specific you are interested in.
